Job Description
* Managing and resolving employee relations issues.
* Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
* Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
* Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
* Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
* Participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
* Ensuring compliance with all local, national, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Generalist should have:
* Several years experience working within a Generalist HR Capacity
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
* In-depth understanding of UK employment law and HR regulatory compliance.
* Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
