Fuel Card Services have a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, supportive and growing Sales Team. Like many of our current Reps you may not have worked in Sales previously, but we’ll provide you with all the skills and knowledge you’ll need to succeed!
In this exciting sales position, you will be responsible for generating business by contacting new customers and consulting them on the benefits of our Fuel Cards and additional products. You will become a subject matter expert in these products, listening to customer requirements and highlighting the advantages our services would give.
Please note this is an office-based role based at our Bellshill office, just 15 minutes outside Glasgow centre with free parking available.
We have a structured salary progression plan in place starting at £22,100 per annum and rising to over £25,000 per annum as and when you achieve core KPI milestones, ensuring that your salary increases as you develop within your role.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain a full understanding of our product offerings and the market.
2. Plan & prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
3. Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods.
4. Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
5. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
6. Log information on calls and update all customer records on our CRM system.
7. Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

1. Previous experience within sales or customer service preferred but not essential.
2. A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.

6. A desire to talk on the phone with a confident telephone manner.
