What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end dining establishment
🔹 Ability to run a section efficiently and confidently
🔹 Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
🔹 Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
🔹 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays
