Job Title: HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover) – Financial Services
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in the office)
Start Date: ASAP
A dynamic financial services firm with over 250 employees and a global presence in London, APAC, EMEA, and the US currently require an HR Generalist on a 6 month basis.
The Role:
Working in a friendly team, you will be acting as a trusted advisor to the business and play a lead role in managing HR processes via Workday. You will also will get involved in the entire employee life cycle and will support, coach and advise stakeholders across the firm. You will be responsible for ER issues, analysing employee trends, getting involved with the annual salary and bonus review, recruitment and preparing MI reports providing analysis and insights as required.
