Creativity & Innovation: Develop and create new menus that feature high-quality, seasonal, and locally sourced produce. Quality Control: Ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of presentation and taste. Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff while fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Cost Control: Develop accurate menu costing, manage stock, and minimize waste. Supplier Relations: Work with local suppliers and manage ordering of ingredients. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. What The Hotel Is Looking For Experience: At least 2 years as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a high-end dining environment (gastro pubs, restaurants, or similar). Technical Skills: Ability to create innovative dishes, cost menus, manage high volumes, and control wastage. Leadership: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a high-pressure kitchen environment, and lead by example.
