We are seeking an energised, Sales Executive to join our team and take ownership of surplus materials sales, including aircraft parts, equipment, and other inventory.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive in our material department, you will identify opportunities, enhance relationships with customers, and deliver tailored solutions that maximise the value of our surplus inventory.
This role requires a motivated individual who can embrace self-reliance to fully realise the potential of an evolving unit of our operation and who has a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to sell surplus materials, including aircraft components, ground support equipment, and operational supplies.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory listings and timely fulfilment of orders.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, within aviation.
* Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with aviation materials and spare parts is a strong advantage.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-Starter: Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
