* Oversee food costs, ensuring alignment with budget and the hotel’s business plan
* Lead seasonal menu changes, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to our offerings
* Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest dining experiences and maximize satisfaction
* Ensure all kitchen colleagues adhere to punctuality, uniform, and grooming standards
* Supervise and maintain service standards as outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual
* Train, coach, and mentor culinary colleagues, fostering skill development and engagement
* Recruit top culinary talent and manage team performance effectively
