The Role
As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure the efficient collection, processing and storage of large volumes of data as per business requirements, enabling data-driven decision.
Key responsibilities
1. Analyze the tech requirement(s) by working with PO and other stakeholders.
2. Develop and maintain Data Pipelines.
3. GitHub Management.
4. Maintain DevOps (CI CD) pipelines.
5. Data Modelling.
6. Data Analytics
7. Job Orchestration/Schedule.
8. Project Documentation.
9. Understanding in Agile methodology.
10. Review Test cases.
11. Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges.
12. Collaborate with Business and IT teams.
Your Profile
Essential experience:
1. Experience in building, testing, and deploying Data pipeline in Databricks.
2. Experience in performing data transformation using Python & Pyspark.
3. Experience in pulling data from different source to Databricks environment.
4. Experience with Snowflake, Denodo, EventHub, Log Analytics workspace.
5. Strong communication skills and domain knowledge in user behavior.
6. Experience with Azure platform and tool stacks like Databricks, ADF, ADLS.
7. Data Modelling and Data Analytics experience.
8. Experience in Data Engineering.
9. Understanding and knowledge in GitHub Management & Azure DevOps.
