Talent Acquisition Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure timely feedback and decision-making. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Represent Swissport GB professionally and positively to external candidates throughout the recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information and hiring-related documentation. Qualifications: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or operational setting for 2 years. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
