We are looking for a sales executive to sell software solutions to schools, care providers and other sectors within the UK. You will work directly for an experienced business Director who has considerable sales experience. Earnings are uncapped and targets are very moderate.
Your role will be to find, qualify and secure new sales of our recruitment software system. This is a subscription service with a price ranging from £2K up to and beyond £10K per annum. You'll be speaking with Heads of Human Resources and business leaders to describe the benefits of recruiting with our product. We have great case studies with some well known companies.

Any desk-based sales role is a good start. Selling to businesses is useful too. This could be a good role for a recruitment consultant who has seen the decline in service use and wants to help companies to recruit for themselves.
We are looking for somebody who is personable, articulate and who wants to build a career. A specific market background may be useful.

Sales Targets for Software Sales Executive
Sales targets are moderate. Most customers are in the care and education markets in which budgets can be under pressure. You will have freedom to sell across the whole of the UK and into any market. This is in addition to responding to inbound enquiries.
Your first annual target will be just £60K of new subscriptions. You will enjoy uncapped commission at 25% of new sales up to £60K.
Commission will rise to 35% thereafter uncapped.

Work with the Director to agree markets and companies for prospecting.
Engage markets to generate interest, qualify needs and close business.
Demonstrate CVMinder ATS to prospective customers online via MS Teams (help provided over initial term)

Location
We have offices in Medway, Kent, but working from home is optional. That brings some additional challenges to the Software Sales Executive role. We use Teams to share and meet throughout the day. However, home working requires a distraction-free environment, so please take this into consideration at the time of application.
