Ensure a high level of customer service by delivering an efficient turnaround in providing information, call up and follow up calls to convert quotations into jobs and gathering manufacturing data and preparing quotations. Duties & Responsibilities Develop relationships with existing and potential customers via telephone calls, emails and face to face meetings, by building a rapport, listening to their requirements to ascertain a clear understanding of their needs and present appropriately to make a sale. Making accurate, cost calculations, and providing customers with written quotations. Calling customers each day both for initial call ups and follow up calls Gathering manufacturing data for ordered jobs ensuring accuracy of specification. Present the products in a structured professional way, provide information, provide samples, speaking positively and enthusiastically about the company product and services at all times. Following up on quotations, negotiating on price within authorized limits maintaining margin and challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Representing IDSystems at exhibitions across the country. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, managing time, productivity and conversion rates. To take responsibility for own personal development, product knowledge and awareness of competitors. Being part of the Saturday Showroom Rota (Every 5 weeks approx.) Undertake any other duties that as the management may from time to time require and working in any position within the Sales department.
