Our client, a leading supplier of materials to the construction sector, has an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join their established team in their head-office based near Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for managing existing and new customers, ensuring first-class customer service at all times.
This is an ideal role for someone with a minimum of 12 months sales experience looking for their next step up the sales career ladder.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing customer purchase orders
2. Informing customers of deliveries
3. Generating new tenders
4. Sending out introduction letters, flyers, and merchandise
5. Collating management information for reporting
6. Exploring new business opportunities while managing existing customers
7. Arranging supplier and customer meetings
The successful person will have:
1. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
3. Well organized with excellent attention to detail
4. Minimum of 12 months sales experience with a good understanding of the sales process
5. Full training will be provided - Graduates & sports enthusiasts welcome
