We’re bringing the bold, vibrant flavors of Latin America to the West End of Edinburgh and Glasgow with an exciting new pop-up concept launching at the end of February. Focused on small plates, sharers, and snacks, this immersive dining experience will celebrate global flavors and creative cocktails. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help bring this vision to life.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation in every dish.
* Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a collaborative team culture.
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Passion for global flavours and creative plating.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to perform under pressure without compromising quality.
