We have a very strong proposition and an abundance of inbound leads, offering you a fantastic opportunity to close many deals and earn a huge amount of commission About Us: We are a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation agency, specialising in email marketing and soon to be paid advertising. What You’ll Do: Close client meetings from warm, inbound leads. Manage the initial sales process, securing deals and ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team for ongoing relationship building. Collaborate with our team to refine sales strategies and enhance results. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Starting at £35k base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £80k - £100k. Generous Commission Structure: Earn 10% on all sales up to £20k/month and 15% on all sales if above £20k/month (including the first £20k). Inbound Leads: We generate a significant volume of leads, so you’ll spend your time closing deals, not prospecting. Work-Life Balance: Monday to Thursday between 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Fridays between 8:30am to 2:00pm. Casual Dress Code: Enjoy a relaxed office environment with casual attire.
