Responsibilities:
1. Step in for the head chef during absences, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
2. Assist the head chef in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus.
3. Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
4. Maintain excellence in food quality and customer service, ensuring high standards are met.
5. Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience at Sous Chef level, demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership.
2. Experience in hospitality and events.
3. A passion for innovation, creating remarkable dishes that leave a lasting impression.
4. Strong teamwork skills, fostering collaboration with chefs and kitchen staff.
5. Adaptability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced environment.
