Pro-actively drive revenue growth as an Inside Sales Executive, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate sales and marketing opportunities.
* Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate product/service solutions.
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
* Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborate with the BDM, sales, and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, including some outside sales as and when required.
* Assist the marketing team to create weekly blogs, monthly magazine mass mail shots, and web development.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Requirements:
* Ideally proven experience within an inside sales role, preferably in the international shipping market, with an eagerness to get involved and learn all there is to know about the business.
* Open-minded with a will to win, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* An enthusiastic, results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Personable, engaging, punctual, reliable with a positive outlook.
* A full, clean driving license.
