Field Finance: Ship to Collect Business Partner - strategic customer support
As a Customer Financial Service Specialist, you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Business Partner Team, advising and supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters involving invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections. Your role will include project managing customer-specific invoicing solutions, managing bad debt risk, and growing revenue. You will support stakeholders and customers with complex setups and requirements.
We are seeking CFS Specialists with detailed experience in finance, sales, or customer experience, and strong project management skills. The successful candidate will understand the company's strategy and business model, translating that into customer solutions, and work across functions and hierarchies to meet business targets. Additionally, this position will lead key initiatives across Europe to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt, playing a leading role in our transformation strategy and the integration of FedEx and TNT.
The candidate must be comfortable working with remote team members and management, capable of independently managing workload. Travel and participation in European-wide customer visits and in-house meetings are expected.
Responsibilities include applying specialist knowledge to support process achievement, designing, developing, and implementing processes within your expertise.
Desired additional languages include: German, French, Italian, Spanish.
