What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with significant experience within the education recruitment sector to join our established office in Chester.
This is a non-billing role focused on managing and developing the recruitment team, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving the strategic growth of our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of successful recruitment consultants.
* Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Work to maximise career progression for the team
Strategic Planning:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
* Work closely with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
Operational Management:
* Oversee daily recruitment operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement and maintain best practices in recruitment processes.
* Manage budgets and resources to optimise recruitment efforts.
Client and Candidate Relations:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates.
* Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction - 5*.
* Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Compliance and Reporting:
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
* Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a recruitment management role, desirably within the education sector.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of developing staff
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
