1. Significant experience as a HR Director / HR Partner, ideally working for a remote/hybrid company
2. Experience working in a growing organisation, ideally a technology company
3. Knowledge of Spain’s employment law, would really set your application apart!
4. Great attention to detail, organisation, and planning skills
5. People skills and ability to build strong relationships, working within a remote, dispersed team
