Recruitment Manager - Technology and Infrastructure
With increased contract wins and client demand, we are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants who have expertise in delivering roles for technology and infrastructure roles across the UK and Ireland. You will support the Account Leads in fulfilling customer requirements across banking, technology services, healthcare and more, either across technology/infrastructure/regulatory or operations/admin. We have a collaborative, inclusive, success-orientated team who thrive on customer centricity, expert execution and making good money!
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
1. Building pipeline of CVs, trawling job boards and exhausting all job board searches.
2. Speed qualifying prospective candidates and shortlisting top talent for our client needs.
3. Strong capability in sourcing, Boolean searches, talent pipelining.
4. Ability to multi-task and work ANY roles assigned.
5. Strong mind-set, ability to take on any roles and utilise job boards quickly.
6. Build relationships with candidates to secure representation; Ability to cultivate and build relationships.
7. To work in a timely, effective, and professional capacity to manage resourcing activity and relationships with and on behalf of the Delivery team.
8. Utilise all the job boards and advertising effectively.
9. Work on finding talent across all job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals.
10. Supporting Account Leads to resource suitable candidates as and when assigned to you.
11. Utilise the full capabilities of the ATS to ensure most effective candidate and client management process.
12. Add value to the resourcing process by working in a candidate-driven manner.
13. Uphold Gibbs Hybrid core values in the marketplace.
Experience Required:
* Recruitment experience (minimum 3 years).
* Fast pace, speed, quick off the mark, hitting the market and closing candidates with speed.
* Good attitude, willing to roll sleeves up and work hard/long hours.
* Ability to cultivate and build relationships.
* Strong follow up skills.
* Resilient and can move on with rejections.
* Consultative in nature, personable and approachable.
