Job duties of the Account Manager include:
* New Business Development: Seek out new opportunities to increase clientele and presence in the market.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
* Be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and handle customers’ needs.
* Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
* Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage, quote, and conclude inbound inquiries.
Skills and experience required for the role:
* Sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Account management.
* An interest in technology would be an advantage.
