Job Description Our client are a well established design and manufacturing company based in Corby. They are a market leader in their field, wi th a focus on producing high quality components to exacting standards using the very latest technology and utilising the years of experience within the team. From rapid prototyping through to volume production they are able to quickly provide their customers with the technical and commercial offer they require and then produce parts to support prebuild in readiness for serial production. They supply to a wide range of industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Food Processing, Drinking Water/Water, Refrigeration, Electrical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Pumping, Rail and Oil and Gas. Due to retirement, they are now recruiting an experienced Technical/Internal Sales Executive on a permanent basis to join their small and friendly commercial team. Responsibilities: Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers - account management Managing and interpreting customer requirements Calculating client quotations Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Offering after sales support services Administering client accounts Analysing cost and sales Recording and maintaining client contact data Coordinating sales projects Providing pre-sates technical assistance and product education Liaising with other members of commercial team and other technical experts within customers and suppliers Solving client problems Providing training and producing support materials for the sales team Assisting in design of bespoke products About you Previous internal sales/account management experience - ideally within a technical environment Organised Good IT literacy Strong communication skills On offer is full training, a competitive salary, good working environment and great hours with an early finish on Fridays.
