Key Responsibilites Supporting others: Work as a key part of the kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of your section and contributing to the overall success of the kitchen Menu Creation: Contribute to the development of creative, seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients. Maintain High Standards: Deliver consistently high quality dishes, ensuring presentation and flavour are always top notch. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow chefs to maintain a postive and efficient kitchen environment. Food Safety Knowledge: Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe workspace. What they are looking for Experience: Previous experience in a Junior Sous Chef or similar role is essential. Creative & Motivated: A passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and a desire to create innovative dishes.
