You will lead the kitchen team to prepare and cook high-quality meals, meeting our clients standards. Manage staff, including chefs and catering assistants, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Plan weekly menus in consultation with the Head of Operations and service users. Oversee food preparation, storage, and presentation, ensuring all standards are met. Manage kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and Brainkind policies. Maintain equipment and cleaning schedules, reporting faults as needed. Lead staff training and development, identifying training needs.
