Job Description:
Schoen Clinic UK Group are looking for a Private Enquiry Sales Executive to assist with the timely outreach and conversion of new enquiries and referrals for our private patients.
Delivering exceptional standards of customer care, rapport building and empathy are a huge part of this role, working in conjunction with the Group Private Enquiries Manager.
The role will be London based, and part home-based is a future option for the right candidate.
Principal Duties:
1. Maximise the potential of every private enquiry (via telephone and online) and deliver a great patient experience.
2. Make the booking process fast, easy, helpful, and efficient.
3. Action enquiries within agreed timescales, including owning patient communication regarding initial appointment and/or assessment booking.
4. Ensure any group-wide enquiry handling processes are followed.
5. Be confident to openly and fluently discuss private funding and ensure pre-payment for all self-pay treatments or appointments.
6. Liaise with patients and insurance companies as required to enable insured patients to access any of our services in a timely manner.
7. Ensure all enquiry and booking data is captured correctly and added to our CRM.
8. Assist with private enquiries for Schoen Clinic Chelsea, Schoen Clinic Newbridge, and Schoen Clinic York.
9. Liaise with key clinic/hospital staff at all sites to ensure appropriate services are offered in line with clinical need.
10. Liaise with Finance as necessary regarding billing and payments.
11. Work in conjunction with the Group Private Enquiries Manager and Group Marketing Director to deliver budget targets and service growth.
12. Confirm and book initial appointments liaising with clinicians and their diary managers.
Experience within private healthcare would be advantageous along with CRM experience and a sales background. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential along with a good eye for detail to ensure we get those all-important details right for every patient.
