Job Summary:
Drive new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive / Sales Advisor:
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media
• Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Present products/services and negotiate terms to close deals
• Record and manage activities in CRM software
• Meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate with the sales/marketing teams
Key Requirements for the Sales Executive / Sales Advisor:
• Proven outbound sales or business development experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications for the Sales Executive / Sales Advisor:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Industry-specific sales experience and knowledge of lead generation tools
