What you will do
Basic salary starting c£35,000 dependent on experience +++ commission = £70,000 OTE + company car
Renault Truck Commercials has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated commercial Van/LCV Industry Salesperson with energy and drive to sell the complete range of Renault Trucks portfolio and deliver the “Total Solutions” approach to drive the complete range of services, maintenance, and financial products offered.
Based from our Chiltern Dealership (Dunstable), your sales area will be across the surrounding area. We are therefore looking for someone who resides in this area.
Excellent base salary dependent on experience and knowledge of the Beds, Bucks & Herts area, bonus scheme, company car and benefits.
Overview:
* Manage and develop customer base to meet the sales targets through sales, marketing, regular customer reviews and other necessary actions
* Identify and develop potential sales opportunities with new and existing customers building the appropriate specifications and package offers
* Clearly communicate with the wider business areas so that all appropriate stakeholders are updated appropriately
* Manage the financial aspect of all sales to company standard
About You:
* Results focused - drive and energy with an appetite for new challenges
* Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate at all levels within a business, including board and senior levels, as well as with own peers
* Ability to sell and deliver a compelling RTC sales solution
* Ability to generate leads and compile a healthy pipeline and to accurately prospect and cold call
* Strong customer focus with the ability to set and work to exacting priorities
* Ability to influence others outside of immediate area of authority with the perseverance to deliver effectively and on time
Requirements for the role:
* Commercial Industry - Van Sales background
* Strong understanding of contractual negotiations
* Ability to construct detailed and watertight contractual agreements
* A thorough understanding of the financing of business assets
