Role: Oracle Financial Sales Executive
Type: Permanent
Location: Remote plus travel
Salary: £75k base plus double OTE
Responsibilities:
1. Sell Managed Services and Consulting Projects into Oracle Cloud Customers (specifically ERP Financials).
2. Exceed Sales Targets by owning, driving, and winning opportunities across Oracle’s extensive Customer-Base.
3. Own and Manage the end-to-end Sales Process to deliver against a range of performance metrics.
4. Seek and engage prospect organisations by positioning our offerings and solutions, challenging the prospect by leading with Oracle experience, business cases, references, and insight from the marketplace, including analysts, partners, and other influencers.
5. Foster strong relationships with prospects and Customers and generate leads through the Client qualification process.
6. Report accurately on Sales Pipeline to meet Sales objectives and identify market opportunities for new and existing Symatrix services, through market knowledge obtained from industry awareness, Client engagement, and Oracle relationships.
7. Management of a formal bidding cycle – PQQ, RFP, ITT, coordinating and completing the documentation with support from Symatrix and Oracle resources, as well as the discovery / Q&A phases.
8. Support and deliver marketing activities such as Client seminars, breakfast briefings, and the creation of collateral.
9. Identify, clarify, and understand the personal and business drivers in opportunities.
Your Experience:
1. Experience in Selling ORACLE ERP FINANCIALS solutions and services.
2. Demonstrable / provable track-record of Sales achievement in previous Sales roles.
3. Previous evidence of building strong relationships with the prospect / Customer community.
4. Strong Sales questioning and solution design techniques.
5. Knowledge of the back-office applications marketplace.
6. Ability to build rapport and trust with Clients, colleagues, and partners.
7. Presentation skills.
8. A well-organised and structured approach.
9. Experience of building and contributing to business cases.
10. Sales Methodologies and techniques.
11. Knowledge of IT Project Implementation Methodologies.
