We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our success and further develop our exciting growth plans. The role: As Trailer Sales Executive you will be selling our fantastic Deker Curtain-sided Distribution Trailer Range, together with excellent products and services offered by our group to both our local and national customer base. This role involves generating new business, managing existing accounts and providing expert advice to our customers. Selling New and Used Trailers on a range of acquisition methods including finance, leasing, Contract Hire and Rental, providing our customers with cost effective and efficient transport solutions for their needs. In addition, you will be able to offer a full range of After Sales Support and added value services provided through both our own and complimented by Manufacturer backed schemes providing an all-round outstanding customer experience. Lead Generation : Develop and manage a pipeline of potential buyers through contact, calls/emails/face to face, networking and referrals. Consultative Selling : Understand customer needs and tailor solutions that are effective, cost effective and enhance our customers overall experience. Quoting and Negotiation : Prepare sales proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals effectively. Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and emerging market opportunities. Customer Experience : Provide aftersales support and value services providing an all-round Transport solution whilst delivering open and honest communication to address any queries/issues. Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospective pipelines using our inhouse CRM systems. What you will need: Proven experience in HGV Trailers, commercial vehicles or related industries. Industry knowledge Clear understanding of different trailer types and their features/benefits and applications. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build customer rapport Self-motivation the ability to work independently and drive targets/KPIs and product performance. Confidence to visit customers face to face to showcase our offering and product range.
