Set in the spectacular Essex countryside, this venue remains busy all year-round catering for weddings and events. They use only the finest locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that keep tourists and locals alike coming back for more.

As Junior Sous Chef you will be able to demonstrate a 2AA rosette level background and have a flair and originality to bring to the team. The ideal Junior Sous Chef must be a competent all-rounder, able to cover all sections and deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and have some knowledge of GP’s and hygiene legislation.
You should have a passion for quality cuisine, as well as having a solid background in food costing, menu creation and implementation and staff training and development. The client will however consider an experienced Chef de Partie that is looking for their 1st Junior Sous position that they can train and mould into this role.
Located close to South Ockendon, Grays & Rainham. A car driver is essential
