What will the Group HR Director role involve?
* Develop and implement a People Plan to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
* Lead annual pay reviews, designing competitive bonus and benefits schemes.
* Assess training needs, implement development programs, and measure ROI.
* Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
* Oversee and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
* Lead and mentor a dedicated HR team, ensuring best-in-class HR service.
Suitable Candidate for the Group HR Director vacancy:
* Executive/Board-level HR experience within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
* Strong background in operational HR within a manufacturing or production industry.
* CIPD qualified, with the ability to balance both strategic and hands-on HR responsibilities.
* Proven expertise in people strategy, performance management, and cultural transformation.
* Experience leading Remuneration Committees and designing reward schemes.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship and trainee programs is a plus.
