The ideal candidate will lead UK recruitment activities and will possess a strong background in creating and implementing recruitment initiatives and strategies, with a keen ability to leverage social media, work closely with internal stakeholders and use various recruitment tools to support. This role is pivotal in ensuring our client is able to attract, engage, and retain top talent to meet their organisational goals.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager include:
1. Lead, develop and motivate a team of Talent Advisors
2. Work in collaboration with business leaders to understand hiring demands and forecast workforce requirements
3. Using creative and cost-effective strategies and tools to attract talent
4. Design, manage and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle
5. Design and implement structured interview processes
6. Partner with marketing and internal comms to build and develop employer brand
7. Promote the business as an employer of choice
8. Conduct job market analysis and competitor research to understand and analyse market trends
