Inbound Sales Executive Part Time Experienced Sales Executives required to join our fast-paced Central Sales Team in our Head Office in Crewe, responsible for inbound sales serving the heating oil market from existing and new customers and will ensure all key questions are asked to establish customer requirements, details are recorded accurately and in-line with company expectations. As service is critical to our business, this individual will understand our customers are at the heart of what we do via the best possible customer experience. You will work in an engaged, high-performing team handling both inbound and outbound calls, having excellent customer service skills, ideally suited to a person who can multitask and be part of a team. Working Three days a week The main responsibilities are: Responsible for answering calls (target 60 per day) with confident negotiation skills. Ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the CRM, by asking the correct questions set at company level Focus on activity levels, conversion rates as well as the quality of service on the phones to the customers. Recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM Responding to emails in a timely manner Dealing with customer queries by liasing with the relevant department, ensuring the query is resolved. Delivering great service to customers Key Skills Required: Previous Sales experience An upbeat, friendly phone manner Having excellent customer service skills A strong relationship builder who can use their excellent interpersonal skills to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships. A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time Management Resilience and the ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail. Effective listening skills to understand customer needs.
