Certikin is the leading supplier of pool and spa products, and we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join our new internal sales team.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by managing and growing our current customer base. This is an office-based role that requires a proactive and motivated individual with a proven track record in Telesales. Your main responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with key clients, developing new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving high call targets.
The Inside Sales Executive role will encompass the following duties:
1. Generate leads through effective prospecting, networking, and building strong customer relationships.
2. Identify accounts to grow using company platforms such as PowerBI/Salesforce.
3. Conduct proactive B2B sales telephone calls to existing and prospective customers.
4. Identify and follow up on sales leads.
5. Work to monthly sales and order targets.
6. Identify new business opportunities and work to expand our customer base.
7. Accompany Sales Managers and/or other colleagues on customer and supplier visits as appropriate.
8. Assist at Trade Shows and participate in company-led seminars.
9. Report on sales activities, communications, and sales forecasts and deliver to management.
10. Achieve and exceed high call targets and revenue goals.
11. Keep detailed records of conversations and customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce).

1. Has proven B2B sales skills or previous Account Management experience.

6. Possesses excellent negotiation and closing skills.

8. Has strong organisational and time management skills.
9. Is proficient in CRM software (Salesforce & AS400) and MS Office Suite.
Salary & Benefits
We are offering a salary of £28,500 with an OTE of £37,050, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays which increases by 1 day for every 3 years of service, up to a maximum of 28 days per annum. We provide a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme, as well as free parking.
