Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Present and explain products or services to customers.
* Schedule deliveries and follow up on after-sales care.
* Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers, keeping them informed about market changes.
* Update customer records using our in-house CRM system.
* Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and sales.
* Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries.
Person Specification / Previous Experience:
* Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
* A background in lubricants / oils is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills via email and over the phone.
* Familiarity with MS Office packages.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to build rapport easily.
