We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a well-established fresh food pub in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have rosette-level experience and a proven track record of stability in previous roles.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar fresh food pub or restaurant.
✅ Background in rosette-level kitchens with a strong focus on quality.
✅ Ability to support the Head Chef in leading the team and maintaining high standards.
✅ Strong understanding of GP control, stock management, and kitchen operations.
✅ Ability to deliver high-quality dishes under pressure while maintaining consistency.
