Our client is an established nursing home provider with a portfolio of good and outstanding rated homes in the South East and East Anglia.\nThey are currently seeking an experienced clinician to join their team in Cambridge in a newly created role. \nThe post holder will be proactive in supporting team members in the home with the provision of learning and development activities including clinical training, induction, core mandatory training and refreshers, learning needs analysis, training delivery, coaching, mentoring and ensuring all learning and development provision is in line with the group's values and objectives.\n\nThe role will involve mentoring and coaching team members as well as planning and delivering learning and development activities. You will also represent the home on the group's learning and development forum, working along peers from other homes on L&D projects and shaping growth and development.\n\nRequirements:\n\nExperience of learning and development and training delivery in the care sector \nRegistered Nurse\nGood knowledge of training methodologies, learning management systems and e-learning platforms\nExperience in the design and delivery of training programmes.\nExperience of delivering training using professional registration skills and knowledge.\nAble to demonstrate experience of training delivery and facilitation at all levels.\nUnderstanding of clinical competency requirements.\nGood communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal)\nAbility to motivate and engage team members ensuring effective teamwork.
