Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Create, develop, and champion a Talent program to identify, retain, and develop the best possible talent and future leaders within the organisation.
2. Liase across divisions to develop buy-in and truly champion talent and talent development.
3. Create alignment between business strategy, organisation culture and experiences of colleagues.
4. Drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation.
5. Manage the execution of Leadership Development programmes.
6. Collaborate cross departmentally to build brand equity, displaying creativity and a passion for talent engagement and attraction.
Key Skills
1. You will have worked in similar roles with focus on talent development, performance management, engagement surveys, OD projects, and culture building/initiatives.
2. Ability to successfully work with and navigate a complex multi-cultural organisation, building effective relationships both internally and externally.
3. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels from Junior to Exec team.
4. Proven experience in project management, leading and driving important OD & Talent Management projects in other businesses.
