An area Head Chef / Manager is required for one of the Uk’s finest food led contract catering company’s. You will be overseeing around 10 sites around the Milton Keynes / Cambridge and Central London area. All sites will range from private schools to law firms – from offering modern street food to Rosette standard fine dining. This is a dynamic role where there is a lot of interacting with the client, your team and reporting to your Operations Director. You must be food and serviced obsessed. The ideal Area Head Chef ideally needs to have some experience in contract and worked at a high level in fine dining.
