Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all desk/division operations, including team management, recruitment, database maintenance, retention, and long-term planning.
* Drive daily sales activity, achieve/exceed profit targets, and maintain high client service standards.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Foster collaboration, teamwork, and reciprocal business partnerships.
* Generate new business to grow market share, services, and divisional gross profit.
* Lead continuous improvements to enhance team efficiency, impact, and success.
* Ensure excellent customer service, resolve issues proactively, and act as the escalation point.
* Serve as a role model, promoting company policies and recruitment excellence.
* Set clear expectations for team members and ensure KPI achievement.
* Utilize commercial insights to make data-driven decisions for growth and ROI.
* Motivate, coach, and mentor staff, addressing performance and development needs.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide creative solutions for success.
* Manage and report on division progress, including forecasting and business planning.
* Ensure team compliance with all legal, financial, and operational requirements.
* Conduct internal audits to ensure robust and efficient processes.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
