Position: Head Chef Hours: Full-time Location: Emsworth Key Responsibilities: Menu Development: Create and deliver exciting seasonal menus that showcase the best of fresh, local ingredients, with a focus on seafood. Kitchen Leadership: Manage and inspire a team, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of food quality. Stock & Supplier Management: Work with trusted suppliers to source the best ingredients, control stock levels, and manage food costs effectively. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest levels of kitchen hygiene, following all food safety regulations and ensuring compliance with HACCP procedures. Efficiency & Quality: Oversee prep and service to ensure dishes are consistently high quality and efficiently delivered.
