The Role
We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients needing technical support and advice, helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of IT support experience who is looking to develop their skills in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide first and second-line support to business clients via phone, email, and remote tools
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktop, server, network, and cloud environments
3. Log, manage, and own support requests through to resolution or escalation
4. Assist with procurement queries, software licensing, and general IT advice
5. Support project delivery tasks when required
6. Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
7. Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner at all times
What We’re Looking For
1. 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role (MSP experience desirable but not essential)
2. Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
3. Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a bonus
4. A logical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure
7. A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
8. Relevant certification is preferable: A+ / N+, MCP, and an appropriate higher level of education.
9. Living within a 15-minute commute of our Woking office.
