A seasoned Sous Chef with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences is required to drive the culinary program of a prestigious independent school. The Sous Chef will work closely with the team to develop a great work relationship and provide the best customer service. Key responsibilities include crafting imaginative and nutritionally balanced menus, leading a dynamic kitchen team, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, and a real passion for food & service. They will also be able to demonstrate financial acumen, coaching, delegation and influencing skills, and ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
