Qualifications
* Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service in a boutique gastro-pub setting, ensuring a high-quality guest experience
* Drive revenue through strategic planning, menu development, and innovative promotions while maintaining cost controls
* Lead, train, and develop a passionate front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
* Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, maintaining high hospitality standards to make The Gregory a destination of choice
* Manage supplier relationships, oversee stock control, and ensure the best quality ingredients and beverages are consistently available
* Work closely with the Harlaxton Manor team to host special events, private functions, and seasonal promotions
* Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
* Ideally suited to someone with experience in a boutique gastro-pub or high-quality hospitality environment
