Our client is an award-winning company specialising in delivering high-quality service and fresh food to high-end clients. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager with a passion for food to oversee site operations.
The ideal candidate will be good with people, prepared to work hard in a busy environment, and supportive of colleagues. An interest in different ingredients and food trends is important.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook freshly made food to a high standard.
* Ensure every plate of food is presented beautifully and meets our quality standards.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with a small team, demonstrating excellent communication and people skills.
* Stay updated on menu items and contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualifications and proven experience in a similar role.
* Passion for freshly made food and a keen interest in culinary trends.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A commitment to teamwork and excellence in service.
