What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Customer Services Consultant?
* Telesales - calling clients to introduce insurance products and ascertain which are most appropriate to the customer
* Delivery of individual sales activity and performance against pre-agreed targets
* Operate in full compliance with all industry regulations (training and support will be provided)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Able to discuss the merits of products and match them to the needs of the client
* Excellent consultative telephone manner
* Resilient and ambitious
