Digital Customer Support Advisor – hybrid Nottingham, NG6 | Permanent As a Customer Support Agent, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll be joining a fun, engaging and friendly team. You will engage directly with customers (Direct to Consumer) through multiple channels, such as emails, direct messages, live chat, inbound and outbound calls, as well as social media interactions. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding the reputation of the company through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Working hours: In the team, we value flexibility in working hours. With a standard week comprising 37.5 hours, we require a versatile approach to shift patterns. Our centre operates from 7 am to 7 pm, seven days a week. The typical shift pattern entails working one weekend out of every three and finishing at 7 pm once a week. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work from home for two days, enhancing work-life balance. We're seeking an individual passionate about providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer receives a first-class experience. Accurately amend customer orders and account information. Capture data from enquires and record information via the CRM Work as part of a team to identify customer pain points and feedback to the relevant department. Build relationship with customers Brand ambassador Skills needed: Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with different people, to be clear, articulate, and straightforward, but also warm and friendly and solutions orientated Strong use of verbal and written English language – a lot of communication will be digital so good use of spelling and grammar Ability to listen, build rapport to and empathise with all kinds of different people. Ability to accurately read, understand and input data / orders.
