Training Manager – Renewables Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 Location : Kent (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite, potential for up to 5) - Additional travel will be required to meet suppliers and attend industry events. Elevation are proud to be supporting a global leading in sustainability to recruit a dynamic Training Manager to deliver accredited training courses at a state-of-the-art Training Academy and develop new programs in response to industry needs. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and industry bodies to create innovative learning solutions, ensuring technical and professional growth in the renewables sector. Key Responsibilities of the Training Manager include: Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences Ensure sessions are interactive, compliant with regulated curriculums, and promote knowledge retention Collaborate with experts to design and continuously enhance training materials Stay current with renewable energy trends and products to create relevant content Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance data, implementing improvements Maintain training records and ensure resources are accessible via the Learning Management System (LMS) Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address training needs Provide guidance to trainers and foster a culture of continuous learning We are looking for Training Managers with the following skills & experience: Experience as a Training Manager in the electrical or renewable energy sector Qualified Electrician: City & Guilds 2365, 2357, or 5357 Level 3 City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations) & 2391 (Inspection & Testing) Qualified Trainer: TAQA Level 3 or CAVA Level 3 Strong presentation, instructional design, and LMS management skills Additional qualifications such as TAQA Level 4, AM2 Certificate, ECS Gold Card, or certifications in Solar PV, EESS, EV Chargers, or Heat Pumps Strong communication and organisational skills If you’re passionate about renewable energy and empowering others through education, apply for the Training Manager role now and help shape a more sustainable future.
