Role overview
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in London. Reporting to our Service Desk Team Leader, you will provide Level 1 support to all Next 15 hosted and supported brands. We operate a hybrid remote working model, so you will offer support from our office at 60 Great Portland Street, as well as remotely (UK-based) through telephone and email.
As a Service Desk Analyst at Next 15, you will:
* Ensure ticket resolution within the IT SLA period
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Ensure that devices are correctly set up and that our internal asset management tracker is always kept up to date
* Promptly process new hire tickets with correct access given to any requested share drives, mailboxes and other IT systems
* Document any existing or new fixes that can be shared with the wider IT team
* Work with the team leader/service delivery manager on key internal projects
* Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms and communicate any issues in specific rooms to the reception/facilities team
You will bring:
* Technical skills with a thorough understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
* Excellent service approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support
* Problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach
* Experience organising and coordinating workloads
* Excellent stakeholder relationship management
* Experience working in an IT service desk role
