What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a Service Support Analyst to join our ICT & Digital team who is experienced in working with ICT Support teams, including an awareness of the language of IT service management. You must have exceptional customer service skills and help to build productive working relationships with your colleagues and customers based on empathy and trust. Skilled in problem solving, the Service Desk aims to close 70% of tickets on first contact, so knowledge of M365 and Office applications are essential. Working in a busy team dealing with queries from 1800 users, you will be the main point of contact. You will be skilled in time management and able to manage the tension between planned works and random support incidents and requests.
